August, 1988 

In two humble buildings, Jianhu Hengli Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established. At the beginning,  we just make some accessories such as pipe fittings, high-pressure hose etc.

January, 2002 

Renamed as Jiangsu Hengcai Hydraulic Mechanical Co., Ltd.; after 14 years of development, we had established mature production line for hydraulic cylinders, and started to supply hydraulic cylinders for XCMG and other large enterprise groups;

July, 2009 

In order to meet the demand of the market,  set up Jiangsu Hengcai heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.,  a joint venture with Shenzhen Cadro , focusing on   on maufacturing of vehicle tailboard cylinders;

June, 2013

In response to the increasing demand for environmental sanitation and its equipment in the domestic and international climate, established Jiangsu STV Industry Co., Ltd. ,  specializing in the research and manufacturing of sanitation equipment.

January, 2018

Jiangsu Hengcai was officially moved to the new plant, which has an building area of more than 130000 square meters. Today, Hengcai hydraulic has grown into a industry leaders, whose production line covers all categories of hydraulic cylinders!
