The preferred method is to elongate and dilute steel pipes through cold drawing technology. Jiangsu Hengcai breaks through the cold drawing technology and provides a solution for hydraulic cylinders with special needs such as super large diameter, ultra long stroke, and ultra-thin wall thickness, providing a "three super" type hydraulic cylinder.

The "Three Super" hydraulic cylinders are 100% manufactured using precision cold drawing technology, using the principle of equal diameter cold drawing to solve the stress problem of cold drawn steel pipes. The material completely replaces the "quenching and tempering+cutting" processing technology, and the material utilization rate reaches over 90%. In solving the problem of processing large, long, and thin-walled materials, the material cost has been significantly reduced, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties involved in the cooperation.

The scope of application is small, and installation and disassembly are inconvenient.
In response to the current situation of the existing technology mentioned above, Hengcai's technical team has conducted research and invented a built-in oil gas spring that can embed energy storage components in oil pressure components to greatly reduce the overall volume and expand the application range, and is easy to install and disassemble.
