In order to ensure that the filter can be used normally for a long time, we should meet several requirements during daily use. First, we need to insist on the inspection of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder filter, and then make a judgment based on the specific detection situation, so as to timely find out the problems and deal with them.

Under normal circumstances, if the pressure difference is found to be large, it may mean that the oil temperature in the hydraulic cylinder is low, the viscosity is high, or the oil is emulsified. It may also mean that the filter element is seriously polluted and needs to be replaced or cleaned. And if the pressure difference is found to be small, then it may be due to the breakdown of the core, or due to poor installation caused by the filter inlet and outlet bypass, or due to insufficient oil flow.

Secondly, we should carry out regular cleaning to ensure that it can achieve a more ideal filtering effect. The main content is to use frequency to determine the cleaning cycle, if necessary, should also be timely replacement of the core. In addition, the filter shell should be cleaned, the third aspect is purification, the need to use a dedicated purification device purification, in order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder.

In the fourth aspect, we should also select the appropriate filtering precision according to the needs. For example, we usually set the precision i-gauge in front of the hydraulic oil pressure pipeline or in front of the precision components, such as speed regulating components, servo valves and the same proportion. In this way, the oil contamination degree of the components can be controlled within the required range.

Of course, if the flow of the hydraulic cylinder is relatively large, then we can also install a return oil filter in the return oil main. At the same time, the oil cooling system can be used as an independent filtration system to forcibly filter the oil, playing a dual role in both cooling and filtering.
