Hydraulic support is the supporting equipment of comprehensive mechanized coalface and one of the key equipment of comprehensive mechanized coal mining. The normal operation and operation quality of hydraulic support determine the production efficiency and safety of coal mining. The hydraulic cylinder is the key of hydraulic support. Affected by the working environment, its working condition is easy to be damaged, and the operation stability is disturbed to a certain extent.

In view of the damage and maintenance of hydraulic cylinder during the underground use of hydraulic support, Hengcai hydraulic has made many technical improvements to the unreasonable structure and difficult disassembly of hydraulic cylinder.  The internal quality and stability of hydraulic cylinder are improved.
