1. Through emulation and load sensing technology, we realize the dynamic simulation and real-time detection on the Buffer process of hydraulic cylinders.
2. The outer circle of piston rod is subjected to medium frequency quenching and nickel-chromium composite plating, which has excellent wear resistance, anti-collision and anti-corrosion properties;
3. The sealing system is optimized for the high pressure, high impact and fast operating conditions of the main engine to meet the bad working conditions of continuous high temperature operation;
4. The sleeve with special material is used at both ends of the cylinder to effectively prevent pin shaft sintering and improve the overall maintenance period of the equipment.
5. The piston rod adopts customized material to improve its fatigue resistance.
